Step 1: Read the Parent Handbook

Step 2: Submit All Necessary Documents  

Submit all the necessary documents and keep copies of the records for yourself. Documents needed include:

  • Date of birth for all members of the household (parents and children).
  • Proof of citizenship or legal immigrant status for each child. A birth certificate or alien registration card may be required. 
  • Information of all the household members. This may include name, contact information, the desired schools contact information, the duration of how long the child needs to be in school, and anticipated start and end date. 
  • Total household income.
